As part of KRB’s mission for outstanding support on all our rebar fabrication machinery, we continue to deploy new tools to help you make it easy to work with us. KRB is pleased to announce their next generation of Online Service Center that gets you better connected to your orders, manuals, technical documentation, as well as operation and preventative maintenance videos. All these resources are developed to keep your KRB rebar benders, automatic stirrup benders and rebar shearlines, up and running for decades.

Nathan Kauffman President, and CEO of the company explains, “KRB’s mission has always been to put the customer first. Our Mission statement by design has outstanding support as part of it.” Kauffman continues, “This improved online customer experience will still allow customers to get manuals and technical documentation as they have been for years with our legacy system, but now they can also have access to their account information and better parts ordering system that includes payment and shipping. Customers can now review their account order history, monitor orders shipped, and retrieve invoices all under one customer log in.”
